Get your tissue ready, because this is a sad one. If you’ve read our bio, you would know that we love all things furry. Our family once consisted of four dogs and four cats! So being an animal lover is an understatement. Let’s start at the beginning with our little client, Garie.
Garie, our client’s beloved cat, has been on a long journey with an illness that gave her only weeks of life. This is actually our second session with Garie. Our first session was a very sad farewell session. To our very happy surprise the vet was able to give Garie a chance with surgery. A few months have gone by and Garie was gaining some weight back, so our clients decided to take a few family portraits with their furry kid. It was such a wonderful shoot! Garie was jumping around and being the most purrrfect cat model. A few weeks after this shoot, we were shocked to hear that Garie took a turn for the worst. We are so sad about their loss but happy that our clients had the months they had with their beloved Garie. We hope the photos of the happy moments will help our clients remember and treasure the memory of Garie.
