We just want to scream and shout at the top of our lungs that this wedding was AMAZING!!! It was our first time at Zion National Park in Utah and for us to have an opportunity to photograph a wedding here was beyond a photographer’s dream come true. Before we get into it, We want to thank the bride and one of the bridesmaids for hiking into the area where we took portraits. Both your athleticism to navigate over streams and boulders in a full on wedding gown and bridesmaid gown astounded us and the bridesmaid doing it in what looked like 3 inch heels had us dumbfounded. You ladies were the real MVPs!

We were honored when fellow photographer, Edmund asked us to photograph his wedding at Zion National Park. He and Linda are avid hikers and campers, so a Zion National Park wedding was the perfect choice for the cute outdoors couple. We were in awe of the size and magnitude of the mountains that surrounded us. Zion National Park is easily one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited.

There were so many cute details throughout the wedding. The bride’s wedding bouquet and the groom’s boutonnière were made of succulents. The bride’s bracelet and table centerpieces also followed the desert theme and it was perfect. The bride was ready for the day’s hike by choosing to wear super cute white sequinned Keds sneakers!

The amphitheater inside Zion National park was surrounded by mountains, where some guests were able to hike to the ceremony from “nearby” Bryce Canyon. The bride and groom might have chosen the coolest looking pastor we’ve ever met! The day progressed into an adorable choreographed first dance and a “surprise” choreographed groomsmen dance. We had one of the most perfect couples in one of the most beautiful and unique places for wedding photos and we couldn’t have been more thankful to be part of their day.
